Schowalter Villa

Bluestem Community’s goal in the creation of Schowalter Villa has been developing a ‘private home for everyone’. We have kept this concept at the forefront of master planning and designing this new assisted living facility. This addition will act as the new front door of the complex and cohesively integrate new amenities with the existing facility. The 2-story, 29,000 square foot assisted living center features 24 apartments, gift shop, home theatre, massage day spa, community room, private family dining, medical clinic and a café and bakeshop open to the public. The new space is encompassed by the realigned Dry Creek and a reflecting pool with walking trails.
