Bombardier Learjet

Bombardier Learjet was developing a new aircraft model and in need of additional space. Alloy designed a fully equipped flight test facility to accommodate the production of this new plane. The building also serves administrative and engineering functions for a balanced workplace. This 90,000 square foot hangar space accommodates 12 aircraft, equipment and parts storage. An attached two-level office complex includes a breakroom, engineering support space, flight test pilot offices and de-brief rooms. Two 204’ x 24’ mega doors and a trench grate nozzle foam fire suppression systems were also included.
