The town of Mulvane, Kansas, for many years, had a long-term care facility to accommodate residents in the later years of their lives. As the needs and focus of senior living began to change, the community sought to provide accommodations for more active seniors who required less care and more flexibility in their living environment.
A new state-of-the-art, 29,000 square-foot assisted living facility. Features include 34 studio and one-bedroom units, restaurant style dining, a beauty/barber salon, an ice cream parlor and a sports lounge. The exterior design includes a landscaped courtyard with walking paths as well as large porches with seating.
