Evergy Service Center

To create more streamlined processes, Alloy designed this new service center to optimize every aspect of the workplace. Both the building and site represent a complete re-thinking of their daily operations in order to increase efficiency. Interior spaces are designed with an open concept, incorporating natural light to improve the working environment and relationships between departments. The 19 acre site will consist of a 30,000 square foot office and support space, 36,000 square foot warehouse, 34,000 square foot garage for their truck fleet, 10,000 square feet for maintenance and over 8 acres of outdoor space for storage of materials. Covered parking and loading areas for trucks offer additional support space for their service trucks.
