Principal
Andrew Faires is an principal at Alloy with a Master of Architecture from Kansas State University. His first project with the firm was the Wichita State University Rhatigan Student Center, and since then, he has continued to contribute thoughtful and community-focused design solutions.
One of Andrew’s favorite projects is the Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church. After a devastating fire, the challenge was to design a space that honored the 19th-century original while integrating modern systems. For Andrew, the success of this project came in restoring a sense of home and history for the parishioners.
Driven by a passion for turning ideas into spaces that enhance lives and communities, Andrew values the impact of meaningful design. He thrives on building relationships, conceptual thinking, and creative problem solving.
Outside the office, Andrew enjoys time with his family, especially chasing his kids around the house. When he gets a quiet moment, you’ll find him in the backyard working his smoker or tackling a good crossword puzzle.
