Maddy Rodell

Interior Design Intern

Maddy Rodell is an interior design intern at Alloy with a passion for creating inclusive, beautiful, and functional spaces. She began her journey at Alloy working on the TownePlace Suites project in New Market Square and is gaining firsthand experience in hospitality design.

Maddy holds an AAS in Interior Design from WSU Tech and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in interior design at Oklahoma State University. She’s inspired by the human impact of thoughtful and universal design that supports people from all walks of life.

Known for her creativity, curiosity, and strong sense of connection, Maddy thrives in collaborative environments and finds joy in seeing design ideas come to life. As she builds her career, she’s especially motivated by the opportunity to shape spaces that genuinely support and reflect on the people who use them.

Outside of design, Maddy is a passionate traveler who draws inspiration from her global adventures—and she’s always planning the next trip. Maddy owns an impressive collection of sneakers because in her words: “a good pair has never let me down.”
