Artivo Surfaces

Artivo Surfaces, a subsidiary of Virginia Tile, partnered with Alloy Architecture to create a regional showroom and distribution center that serves both design professionals and installation contractors under one roof. Located in Bel Aire, Kansas, the 15,407 sqft facility was carefully planned to support two distinct customer experiences while maintaining efficient daily operations.

The building features separate public and contractor entrances tailored to each user’s needs. The west entry welcomes homeowners, designers, builders, and commercial clients into an inspiring showroom where they can explore a wide selection of porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, mosaic tile, glass, metal, and hard-surface flooring products. On the opposite side of the building, the east entry provides subcontractors with convenient access to a retail area stocked with installation tools and accessories, as well as direct access to the warehouse for product pickup.

By separating customer circulation while maintaining operational efficiency, the design creates a seamless experience for both audiences. The completed facility serves as a regional resource for builders, designers, homeowners, and trade professionals, strengthening the local design and construction community through expanded product access, improved service, and a centralized destination for surface materials.
