Cocoa Dolce

Nationally known for their Hand-Crafted Artisan Chocolates, Cocoa Dolce was founded in 2005 in Wichita, Kansas. In 2018, Cocoa Dolce engaged Alloy architecture to convert the historic 100 year old Coleman Factory building in downtown Wichita into their Worldwide Headquarters. Our firm had renovated this space in the past for The Coleman Company, we were excited to update this historic warehouse for the new century! The design of the 21,000 sf building maintains the character of the original factory with the brick walls, open iron trusses and clearstory windows. The building incorporates office, warehouse/shipping, retail and the state-of-the-art chocolate factory which can be viewed while enjoying their sweet treats, coffees, and adult beverages.
