Farm Credit Bank Building

Alloy has designed several projects to update the multitenant Farm Credit Bank building, a Class A Office building located along the Arkansas River in downtown Wichita. Projects have included a renovated main lobby, an updated terrace-level café overlooking the river, a new fitness center amenity for tenants including full locker rooms, a terrace-level lounge with a variety of seating and games, and updated meeting rooms. In addition, restrooms, corridors, and common areas throughout the building have been updated. Each project includes lighting, HVAC controls, and fire alarm system updates to maintain building infrastructure.
