The Foley Equipment 87th Street Expansion in Kansas City, Missouri supports the company’s growing “return to rent” operations with a 14,000 sqft addition. The project was designed to improve equipment servicing capabilities and operational efficiency while accommodating additional staff and support functions. The expansion includes 2,300 sqft of office space featuring individual cubicles, a private office, restrooms, and a breakroom. The remaining area houses three wash bays, three lubrication bays, an open office for yard staff, locker rooms, and dedicated mechanical space supporting wash equipment operations. The expanded facility allows for streamlined workflows, improved service capabilities, and better supported customers throughout the Kansas City area.
