The Foley Skiles Rebuild Center in Kansas City, Missouri was developed to support Foley Equipment’s expanding rebuild operations and improve service capabilities for its clients. Completed in October 2024, the project included the renovation of 31,000 sqft and a 2,800 sqft addition to create updated office space, rebuild shop areas, and additional storage and equipment space. The existing structure was reinforced to support overhead and jib cranes used for the removal and installation of large equipment components. The completed facility enhances operational efficiency and provides Foley with a modernized environment to support continued growth and customer service.
