When Koch Industries bough DuPont Lycra, they moved the company to Wichita and renamed it Invista. The fiber company soon called Building A home, where we completed a total renovation of the space. Glass enclosures for two central conference rooms create a sense of movement, openness and collaboration while Invista fibers were incorporated into furniture and other interior elements.

Remodeling Invista’s 160,000 square foot, two-story office building was completed to accommodate their corporate management. A redesigned entrance connected to the first floor lobby increased accessibility throughout the building. The new office core concept surrounds the open working area with perimeter private offices and small conference rooms. A training center resides in the basement.
