Design of a new 2,600 square foot, two-classroom addition and an additional 78,000 square foot renovation to an existing K-5 elementary in Hutchinson Kansas. The new addition also includes two new main entrances into the building – one for buses and another for parent drop-off, a strategically located administration area for increased security, new classroom improvements, new mechanical system throughout, and all new finishes. The existing gymnasium was also air conditioned as part of the project. Other improvements included 2 new paved parking lots, which included a separate bus drop off lane. Student capacity is 600 students with 75 teachers and support staff.
