Tabor College

Looking to enhance their campus experience, Tabor hired Alloy to design townhomes to attract new students. These homes were built incrementally with the intention of appealing to a generation with fresh expectations of what college life should offer. This 28,000 square foot student housing facility provides apartments for 76 total students. The building offers six 5-bedroom double occupancy apartments, four 2-bedroom double occupancy garden apartments, ADA apartments, and laundry facilities.
